Here is how we do it!
We build your shed right in your back yard!
We start by hand carrying all materials and tools from our trailer on the street to the shed build site.
First, we mark off the shed location and get it positioned exactly like you want.
Next, we build the treated floor joist system and level it into place.
Once everything is perfectly level and square, we install the 3/4″ subfloor.
The back shed wall is framed and secured into place, followed by the front wall and doors.
Then we frame the side walls and add any windows that you want.
Next, the roof trusses are installed, followed by 1/2″ OSB roof sheathing.
The roof is finished off with underlayment, drip edge, and architectural shingles.
PVC trim is installed on all corners, windows, and doors.
Lastly, we finish off the door hardware along with any upgrades you requested!
“Once your shed design is finalized, simply meet us at your home on the morning of installation to assist with placing the shed. Please ensure any necessary permits or HOA approvals are secured beforehand. Prior to installation, we kindly ask that the shed area be kept clean and free of debris or pet waste.”
The installation timeline for your shed can vary based on its size, usually ranging from 1 to 3 days. Please note that weather conditions may affect the schedule, but we will make every effort to build on the agreed-upon date whenever possible.
Weather is also a factor, and we will do our best to build on the scheduled date if possible.

The standard wall height is 6.5′ tall.
If you’d like taller walls, we offer upgrades for 7′ and 8′ tall walls.
Upgrade your shed with custom paint, featuring two coats of Sherwin Williams’ highest quality exterior paint, on our base price sheds with factory-primed tan LP SmartSide Panels for exceptional protection.
We’re flexible! If your current slab matches your new shed’s dimensions and is reasonably flat, we can make it work.
While we don’t handle concrete work for new slabs, we can coordinate with a concrete crew on your behalf.
If you’re unsure, our solid wood shed base design is often the simplest and most economical choice!
In Sioux Falls, permits are required for any Building being added to a property.
Permitting is the responsibility of the homeowner and must be completed prior to your install date. Feel free to ask any questions and we can help you through it!
